great stay near promenade
great location cute staff clean area sea view
the location is great near the promenade. staff were very cute. all areas were clean. the twin room we had was comfortable with excellent sea views.
i noticed the window wasnt sealed well. a draft always come in. a very windy storm made whistling sounds in the room during the night.

breakfast included a good selection. there were plentiful options. i found the breakfast service efficient and well-managed. the dining area was kept clean and orderly by the staff.

mixed feelings about stay
stained carpets inadequate heating
Upon arrival, i noticed the carpets were stained. That's not acceptable. the bathroom lacked proper heating. This NEEDS fixing. The shower cubicle proved difficult to access due to its proximity to the basin. i'm sure other guests have felt the same.

excellent seafront stay
helpful staff spacious room extra amenities
the reception staff were helpful on arrival. they assisted with my luggage and provided information about local attractions. the room was spacious and included bottled water and biscuits.
the extractor fan in the bathroom was a little noisy.

the hotel benefits from a superb location directly on the promenade. it provides easy access to nearby attractions. venue cymru is within walking distance from the hotel.

my sea view room was modern and warm. it offered fantastic views. the bed was comfortable and there was a tea and coffee area. the shower facility worked really well

personal staff perfect location quiet atmosphere comfortable visit
I loved that the staff knew my name . It felt very cute! the location was super , putting me close to everything. i noticed it was really quiet and clean. everything exceeded my expectations.
the bed was a bit firm , but that is just a small thing really.

sea view friendly staff great breakfast small room outdated bathroom limited space
the room had a great view of the sea. the staff were so friendly, they gave me tips on local activities. breakfast was also great and very reasonably priced, i loved it.
my room was a little small. the bathroom needed updating, it felt quite cramped. also, there wasn't much space to put my things.
